Best software outsource companies?

Im looking for some good companies that can write software. I had some bad experience working with individual coders from india and would prefer to work with a bigger company with project manager for better communication.

Any recommendations? I'm in the process of developing a wordpress plugin.

        I would rephrase your question into something like: Tell me your software outsource experience and make another post....

        I know at least 4 people who got their idea or money stolen by hiring an outsourcer for their software/script idea... Elance or Rentacoder are supposedly the best for doing projects on a larger scale - I had good success with scriptlance for smaller scripts...

          I´m giving online service right now to Snoop (redoing their website and working on their online image), they have different options of software development. They originally specialized in big corporations, but now they are opening to mid and small business.

          one of the services is related to staffing, they assign people to projects, supervise them and make sure things work as it should.

          it is a mid size company, around 300 people, with offices in Argentina, España and Chile. They do have something like an office in US too, but I´m not sure.

          if you want I can put you in contact with the general marketing guy, and he can make the contact with the right office.
