The cheapest code i know of is Godaddy Domain for 99 Cents, as of last week at
GoDaddy offers .COM Domain for 99 Cents | Tech Spikes

what is the next cheapest way out there to buy a domain? I already used that one- and its only valid once!

GoDaddy, I have a few hosted sites with them.
UNBELIEVABLE! They only offer 1 (one) email address per hosted account. You can buy 100 addresses for $29.xx a year.

OK, 99 cents may be a good offer, but I am not going to use more godaddy services. Never had a problem with them, but they are too greedy.
