Anyone know how to check the "legitimacy" of a Wholesaler and Dropshipper?

I am trying to find a good source for wholesale Cell phones...and having a hard time.

    Dropship Blueprint isn't pricey. The prices for wholesaler and drop-shipper directories are so much. Another famous directory is world-wide brands and they sell it for over $300. Compared to them dropship blueprint that's almost twice the price.

    I just skyped him he is not around but he can give you some advice I think he also does training in how to do this properly but he knows that inside and out so he is a good person to talk to.
