I have a website on owning duplexes and other multifamily properties:

Homes Without Payments

I personally own some duplexes and have flipped some. Flipping duplexes to me is a lot more safe than flipping single family homes because you have a renter or two paying your mortgage so you are not in a big hurry to sell.

So I am about to buy another duplex that I would like to flip. I thought I could make some instructional videos on how to flip rental property for profit. Is there a good ebook or other instructional tool for making how-to videos and marketing them on the web?

Alternatively, does anyone have any advice for making these videos? Thanks in advance.

    Check out YouTube for tutorials on just about everything under the sun, including how to make videos. Good luck.

    Since you seem to have experience in this area of expertise, perhaps you can write some articles and convert them to videos using powerpoint and windows movie maker.

    By doing this, you will have articles which you can use for article marketing and videos which you can blast to video sharing sites. It's a Win Win situation!

      If you want a course on how to make video presentations there are probably several in the WSO section of this site.

      As far as equipment:

      -Maybe a flipcam or an actual video camera? I would think the flipcam or another portable type video camera would be great because you could make actual footage of your properties and video of you talking to your audience.

      -Camtasia PC/MAC: Screen recording software.
      -Screenflow for MAC: Screen recording software.
      -Powerpoint - Slide presentation software.
      -Keynote - Slide presentation software for MAC.
