I used to think you can expect to fetch at about 10 times monthly earnings when selling a site on Flippa. Is this still true?

    You sure can as long as you provide proof. Make the listing longer than 3 days for these types of sites.

    It depends on what type of site you are flipping.. If you are flipping a dropshipping site, the bid will be less because it requires more maintenence. But if you are flipping an adsense site, you can expect 10 times the monthly profit, if not more

    Yes this is definitely still true. If you take time to study sales copy and marketing methods by successful sellers on there then you might even expect to sell it for more than 10x the monthly earnings.

    Adsense sites fetch me the largest amount. They fetch me an average of 15x months earning. My biggest flip was 24x months, and that was an adsense site as well. Like what others have said, earning proof is very important. The more you have, the more bids you will get.
