Hey Warriors,

Where is the best place to hire freelance bloggers?

I understand there are some places that you can hire bloggers from $1-$4 per article I just can't seem to find where these sites are. Anyone got some links? Let me know please, and if you have worked with someone or some company let me know how your experience was.

If you're talking about writers, you might not like what I've got to say about 1 - 4$ articles. They suck. There'll be a swahoo of folks in here soon to tell you that's not true, and for them maybe not. For me however, I have never received an article for under 15.00 that was worth the bother. I guess it depends on the site topic, but with the google farmer update in the books, quality writing is being sought after more and more already.

Seriously, every last time I've tried to save money on articles it's cost me more in lost subscribers and in wasting time than it did by just ponying up and paying for quality. The few times I tried to rewrite some myself and throw them up on one of my sites I had loyal readers email me and literally TELL me to take down the nonsense.

Having said all that, Elance might be a place to look, or Odesk. Here in the warriors for hire section there's plenty of article writers looking for a gig. If you want quality it can be found here as well, there is some top notch writers around these parts. But the black belts at Warrior will cost more than $4.00. Just sayin'.

You'll get better leads soon, I'm just shooting some off the top of my head.

      I appreciate the response.

I really dont need Gettysburgh Address level of writing though. I just want someone who can write 100-250 word updates on a topic. I don't need a post grad level of writing or anything fancy like that but yes it has to be readable.

I will check the sites you listed though. Thanks

Peter is right. $1 blog posts are very low quality. If you're looking to churn out massive autoblogs, then you can go with that, but if you're looking to build a high authority blog, then go with the $4/blog writers here in the buy sell section.

There are so many writers. Care to share with me a few providers that are good in this forum?

Do a search for 99centarticles here on the warrior forum. They charge $1 for 100 words and the quality is not bad.

If you want more attention to detail and better quality try 'Fun to Write' and 'Monika Mundell' here on the forum, they both write blog quality articles... just expect to pay more than $1/100 words.

      cheers,
      Simon

I have to agree that writers who charge 1 to 4 dollars probably aren't very good. Now that Google has changed their algorithm I think those of us who write quality content are going to start getting really busy!

If you are in a serious niche where your reputation is on the line - paying $4 for an article is going to lose you prospects / customers FAST.

Credibility is something not gained easily, and you'll be much better off writing them yourself until you can afford high quality content, OR just paying for high quality content up front.

The fact that you think someone will write a quality article for $4 or less tells me you aren't earning enough to outsource to professional. If that's the case, consider writing yourself.

Just ensure you know what you're talking about in the first place and don't try to BS your customers.

They're on high alert these days!

Thank you but I think you are misinterpreting me.

I have a blog that is getting seriously large and I am looking to bring on new writers to update it with more content. I don't sell a product.

People follow my blog to be updated with the news, and to get my personal opinion on things. I am looking to bring on more writers to keep the site updated, and to take the load off me.

My reputation is fine, and the new writers articles will be posted from separate accounts/names.

Oh snap. You're talking about guest blogging. In that case, depending on your PR and ability to allow them links to their own sites, you might be able to work something out with bloggers and not have to pay a dime.

In fact a few of my students might even be interested in that for at least a few weeks. Hit me a PM if u'd like and I'll send you some email addies. (That's if you are offering a link to their own blogs and content of course).

Alternately you can just cruise around and email bloggers you like, eventually there's sure to be one who would guest post on your site for a few bucks - and even a few for just a backlink and a chance to expand their own audience.

Well I would recommend looking for writers on here, but also trying Fiverr or sites like oDesk. I've had the best success with oDesk for hiring affordable writers. I never went as low as prices you suggest, but I'm sure it can be done if you spend a bit of time finding the people. I would always ask for samples - but pay them for them as it's only fair - before deciding on whether to hire them for the long term or not.
