Has Wordpress 3.1 Changed Turning of Comments?

I need to turn comments off on certain pages but cant do it, used to have option under the page but i dont see it. has it moved in 3.1?

      It is still there under quick edit. But I liked it better at the bottom of the editing view myself.

        It is still there under quick edit. But I liked it better at the bottom of the editing view myself.
        You can enable it by going to the screen options in the upper right corner and checking "Discussion" (I think).

          Yes, it is still there and an available option to display below your post/page editor.

          WP now hides this by default to keep you editing area cleaner. At the top if you click the 'screen option' you can click/unclick any of the features that you want to show below.
