How Do I Create an Exit Pop?

Another question along these same lines:

AdImpact.com produces unblockable pop-ups that look like Post-It notes that float along the page. I think they're cute and very well done. But they sell them on a subscription basis: you have to pay a fee EVERY month to use them.

At this point, I'm looking for things that don't cost me a monthly fee. Hosting, AWeber and Audio Acrobat (maybe) are the only things I'm willing to pay for an ongoing monthly fee for. But I like them a lot and would absolutely LOVE to use them.

So does anybody have any idea what it might cost me to have someone design something like this for me at ELance or ScriptLance? Since I'm not a designer and not very techie, I'd need a set up where I can choose among multiple designs (depending on whatever type of campaign I'm doing), type in my text, tell it which page I want it to attach to, and be done with it.

I love the monthly membership model, but I think it's getting out of hand. You could easily sign up for just a handful of services and automatically be committed for $100 or more in recurring monthly fees before you ever make a dime. I don't like this. Hosting is essential. I think AWeber (or other A/R) service is essential. Audio Acrobat or Audio Generator, maybe. Anything beyond that (like pop-ups, bridge lines, etc.) is just ridiculous (unless your business uses the stuff regularly enough to justify a monthly fee and you're bringing in the income consistently enough).
