Can i sell a site that made $65.75 on flippa on the 28 of last month?

If it is one day with sales then it will not sell as easily as many days with sales. Have you sold any CB products since that day?

no i have not sold any one since then. it is a new site, i just registered it few weeks back. pls help me.

but i though site without sales and even traffic do sale at least $199 to $299 on flippa? i dont want to lose hope please i need the money to reinvest. definitely adsense site sales better than CB sites

You must have done something that produced the sales. Repeat whatever you did and get another 2 sales going. Then list on Flippa.

Then you can say in the description:"The buyer will get the exact recipe how this site produces sales. It is easy and not a lot of work and can be outsourced ..."

You will get probably as much as 500 or 800 bucks or maybe even more from it. Maybe, once you find out EXACTLY what produced the sales, you might decide to keep the site and pocket the cash yourself.

You can then also write a guide on "How to make money with Weight Loss Sites with only 2 hours of work per week" (or whatever it is) or something like that. It would sell like hotcakes as a WSO.

You only have to make sure that you isolate exactly what produced the sales.

You can sell either site on Flippa if you want to. As long as you comply with the terms of use at Flippa then you can sell any site you want.

You can sell it on Flippa. Neither site is likely to bring in thousands if you sell them now. But they will at least probably be sold. People buy sites for all kinds of reasons and justify it for whatever they want to pay. Generally, if you were not in need of the money right now, figuring out what triggered the sales and getting at least a few more will raise the value considerably. Since they sound like just your basic niche affiliate sites, then you are looking for buyers who are new to internet marketing and are looking for a shortcut to get started making money. A few more sales or some more adsense revenue would help you a great deal. Your best bet would be to do as hpgoodboy suggests and offer an exact plan for making money quickly with each specific site. And more sales and revenue is the only way to prove that your plan might work. People buy what they want and you could put it up for sale and someone may pay whatever you ask. Or it could go unsold and cost you the listing fee. Flipping new sites is simply a toss-up, because there is no real reason for anyone to buy your site versus just making their own. So you have to give them a reason to believe your site and/or domain is worth the extra expense. Good luck.
