Hey warriors,

If your business has a few departments like sales, customer support, technical support then you can create your gmail email addresses to take care of these issues, you can create sales.myproduct@gmail.com , cs.myproduct@gmail.com, techsupport.myproduct@gmail.com . This is not revolutionary stuff and some may already know about it, but for those that didn't here it is.

If this might seem like a little too much work, then outsource it and have someone handle your emails for you.

Cheers,
Magic

    Hi Magic,

I have 1 gmail account, but I linked all my other e-mails to it -- so you can operate the customer, sales etc. related different e-mails hosted on your domain (sales@yourdomain.com etc.) and they look more professional...

    Rgds,

Some choose to do it via their own domain which is fine and others choose to do it via gmail, I have had it setup via my own domain and have had issues before accessing my emails, with gmail there is never ever a problem and the you have almost 7 gb of space, also gmail provides tons of good features that make it even more productive to use them.

      Cheers,
      Magic

        Yes,

That's a huge benefit! I was reluctant to move all my communications to Gmail, but then when I did it - well...just great!

          Hi Robert,
The problem I had with using gmail is when you send from there it shows as forwarding from your main account addy so sales@gmail forwarded from admin@gmail say. Looked unprofessional unless I hadn't set it up right. Have a dropped a bomb here?
