No clue regarding Google Indexing...

INTERNET MARKETING

Dear All Experts,

I have a new website and I have tried manually back linking to my sites. Then pinged all those links several times and day basis.
Still I can see 4 of them have been indexed by google as I can see them in yahoo site explorer. But what about the other links and my ranking is stuck at the page 8 of Google.

Please guide me
