Items not being dispatched

Hi all

As an affiliate for Amazon I find I've had 4/5 items that haven't been dispatched in nearly a month - does Amazon alert the affiliate if an item is never going to be sent out, or does it remain as an unfulfilled order until the end of time?!

    trouble is there is no way of seeing which items have been dispatched and which have just been ordered as both reports aren't available on the same screen - an oversight me thinks!

    As a customer, I once had an Amazon order that was open for months. The item was out of stock. I didn't cancel the order because no one had it, even the manufacturer.

    If you are seeing something as ordered not shipped, that is probably the reason. There is nothing you can do about it, so I wouldn't spend a lot of time thinking about it. When/if it ships, you will get paid. Meanwhile, just sell more.
