... or is it just me?

I tried using it but couldn't get my head around it.

I found aweber much easier, so I'm going back to them.

No I find it better then Aweber for ease and the customer support is much better as well as the tutorials are easy to follow , so I am having a hard time see where you could get your head around!

I'm referring to the technical side: Actually using it.

      Support is different.

Never tried Aweber, and I think you just need to get used to it.

I find it very technical..I can not put the unsubscribe link, which is required, in the plain text email editor

If you watch the quick start video, you will see that you need to use the % personalization menu to get the link, which is just: %Link:Unsubscribe%

It's not rocket science. It's just different.

Don't worry, from the end of the month, we will be inserting the Unsubscription link automatically on all outgoing emails, as some customers have chosen to get a bit TOO creative with it.

The only technical stuff you would need to get your head around is creating an opt-in form... the other stuff are still pretty straightforward and comparable to Aweber..

It's a lot different from Aweber. I found it frustrating and difficult at first. Once you get used to how it works though, it's not as bad as it first seems. The trouble is in getting started, it's just not very intuitive. Follow the video tutorials, they help a lot.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

I actually prefer Imnica's approach to Aweber, but then again, I'm more technical than most.
