I know there are many ways to get traffic , but my question is ... What is the best and fastest way to get targeted traffic to your site ?

Trend blogging probably, but if you already have a website (that is not about trend blogging) the fastest way should be article marketing. Just submitting some articles will get you some initial views, but that is hardly a good strategy.

So far this work best for me...

Go Youtube, look for popular video in your niche, see if he put up a link in his description, if he is not, contact and offer him $20 just to put up your link with short promo message.

Some of the video has gone viral and have thousands of views everyday, so do your math...

I think it's to go for long tail keywords, while building backlinks for broader keywords with good search volume (with scaled competition, of course).
