After you make payment it should go live immediately (it always has for me), if not support will take care of it.

You can edit it once it's live.

Thanks! I sent a ticket, it was paid for about an hour ago. I suppose it is just some glitch at the moment.

There is no best time to post a wso. We make make $30 - $35k a month off our wso's and see solid sales numbers regardless of the time we bump them. This is a worldwide community that never sleeps. So keep that in mind.

Support will get to you. Don't give them any heck while you're waiting either. That hardly ever plays well in the long run.

Yeah, it is hard to sit tight and just wait. I understand how busy it probably is for them anyway. Tons of users, tons of people with questions. I'm sure it will be fine. Just don't want it to be posted without me being online, I need to add the payment link! Wow, 35K a month? That is awesome.
