Questions About Turning An eBook Into An Audio Book

INTERNET MARKETING

How much should I expect to pay for a voice recording of my 150 page eBook? I'm not looking for a perfect job, just a human voice that will turn my text into audio. I have no idea how much people pay for these things...

Any websites you reccomend to find someone, or tips?

Get a microphone, and use your own voice,

This will be done for Free. (well the microphone cost)

Hi Clara,

I generally charge by the word, not by the page. And I'm willing to discount the work for attribution: A mention in either the eBook itself (if possible) or at the end of the recording, and a link from your page/site to mine.

Without the word count, I can't be accurate, but for a fellow warrior, you're looking at about $100 per 1000 words.

  That works out to only 10 cents a word. And that's only for Warrior Forum members, with attribution. I'm much more expensive on the outside...

You will find that most professional voice talent charges a butt-load more than that.

She is really charging a lot less than what she could charge.
