Who succeeded in getting the contact details for whois protected domain?

A couple of days ago I realized that someone copied my whole salespage - as expected the domain had a whois protection but you still can use the "coded" email to contact the owner.

Since there was no reply or action from the owner I contacted the registrar only to be told that they need a court order or a letter from a lawyer LOL

Any advice...

Where are you getting your protected whois from?

I usually get mine from name.com - they're the best I've seen so far

    No BSing around with them

My bad (I guess I can blame my english for this)

I tried to get the contact details e.g. host etc from someone who copied my salespage...

I tried the usual steps first e.g. contacting the owner of this domain via info/webmaster@domain.com then using the whois encrypted email which will be routed to the owner then I tried to contact the registrar and was told I need a letter from a laywer or a court order in order to get more information....

    1. Contact an attorney.

    2. File a DMCA with Google, to get them banned in Google.
