How do I convert SWF files for IPOD use?

Don'y know if anybody can help but after purchasing lots of video content I wanted to convert the SWF files that most seem to be in over to one that can be used on IPOD. I have found a couple of free converters and converted some of my other files but haven't found one which will convert SWF. I tried the AVS software which is a paid converter but apart from taking my money it has done nothing for me.

I love learning by video but hate sitting in front of the computer watching stuff when I can watch on the train or at work etc.

Any help much appreciated.

I downloaded it for my daughter. It is working OK.

Or search on same download.com site for converters.

This tool can meet your needs: Aunsoft SWF to Go.
Its name is strange but can help you convert flash/swf files to iPod videos.
It is used to convert swf/flash files to videos compatible with many kinds of digital devices such as iPod, iPhone, Apple TV, Zune, Xbox360, BlackBerry, Mobile Phone, PPC, etc.
