Got Ripped Off And Need Advice

I purchased 2 sites on here from [deleted]. It cost just over $300. He never delivered and has disappeared.

Now i find that he is selling the sites on Flippa....Here's the link [deleted]

Others have been conned by him. I have contacted Flippa admin.

What should i do next.

I have tried to contact him personally lots of times with no response and others have aswell.

    Darren,

    I can understand your annoyance but you might want to remove this thread as it's against the rules. See WSO Rules #4 here.

    On a practical note; Contact the mods using the helpdesk if you can prove beyond doubt what has happened. You will have to have strong proof.

    You should also contact Flippa's mods explaining the situation so they can consider suspending the auction.

      You can send the details to the helpdesk, but the member you referred to hasn't logged in since February 13th. His last post was January 25th. If he's abandoned the account, there's probably not much we can do.

    I agree with the above, although , it is very harsh what has happened to you, you need to respect that the forum owners have not done this, some unscrupulous person has, and Im sorry to hear that - it's not like warriors to burn other warriors so I assume this was somewhat of an isolated incident - at least I hope so.

    As with what to do, I think you should definitely get in touch with both admin of the warrior forum and the flippa admin too, together you may be able to sort something out.

    I hope you resolve this, sorry to hear your unfortunate news.

    On his listings on Flippa, use the report listing link for both of them. They will ban him and delete the listings. That's all they can do. The rest is up to you to pursue, but at least you'll mess up his auctions.

      Hi thanks for the responses.
      Paul i just want to state for the record that i would be no where in IM without the WF and i in no way intended this to disrespect the forum our yourself.

      I have bought lots of WSO's and services on the forum and will continue to do so in the future. I just wanted to point out this person and the issues associated with him. I would never have said anything only for the flippa issue. I find it really insulting to be honest after trying to contact him on personal email and on here. I dont even care about the money as i have spent and drank this amount on one night out.

      I have contacted the admin team on flippa so hopefully they can pull the account and piss him off abit. Paul i wont be pursusing the matter on the help desk as its not the money. I think i just wanted to name and shame to be honest. Its a pity the name didnt get to stay up a bit longer just to piss him off abit more.

      Again i want to say that i in no way blame the WF. **** happened and im over it. I just think that if you went to a restaurant and had bad service you would tell your friends, thats all i was doing.

    If the third party he had you go through doesn't honor that fact, and you don't mind possibly being black listed by them, DISPUTE THE CHARGE at your bank.

    More lost $ to another decent WF user, not on either way, if you get stuck getting anywhere, fire us over a PM and we will have looksee for you to see if we can assist :-)

    WF is not the place to vent anger, regardless of $, but it is the perfect place to get things resolved in the end.

    Move on buddy, get some more coin sites up and earn...what go's around will come around!
