6 free accounts left - closing this offer at midnight whether they are gone or not!

As many of you know - we just launched MobiOptin Mobile Marketing - it's not a PPC ad service like ADMob. It is a double optin service that lets you communicate as often as you want with your customers and subscribers, at one flat monthly rate.

Mobile ads have a 95% open rate - and the fastest growing text user segment is the over 25 crowd. It's no longer just the domain of teens and virtually every major company has a mobile ad campaign going or on the books for 2009.

This is one area where the land based businesses are way ahead of us in IM

So - here's the scoop:

Check out the website: MobiOptin - Internet Marketing Goes Mobile and if you want to give it a try, PM me or email me directly at melody (at) mycincy.com, with the KEYWORD that you want - keyword can be up to 12 characters long.

Try it for 30 days - if you like it, give us a testimonial and use it for the next year for FREE! If you don't like, we'll just cancel the account and move on.

Don't get left out! And I can tell you that several products are being launched after the first - and MobiOptin in will be included as part of the launch strategy by names that you will recognize - I just cannot say anything yet!

Based on several questions sent by PM, I thought I should clarify some things:
    1) Is this an email to SMS service?
NO - this is true SMS, not email to SMS. Broadcast email to SMS services are blocked by most major carriers, including Verizon which has almost 70% of the coverage in the US.

    2) What is the keyword for?
This is a shared service using a top level and second level keyword - that's how we can price this so low (among other things!). The top level keyword is MOBIOPTIN > the second level keyword is chosen by the merchant, ie: PIZZA. Each merchant chooses a unique keyword so the subscriber is added to the correct list, much like your autoresponder ID works with a major service such as Aweber.

    3) How does it work?
Your customer opts into your list by texting:
    MobiOptin PIZZA to DOTNET (368638)
They then receive a response from the system that they must reply to in order to be added to the list. This is double optin and totally spam proof.

At this point - they are simply added to the list. They will not receive any other message until YOU send out the next broadcast message to the whole list.

For IM, it is best to use the mobile optin on your thank you page after a customer has joined your email list or bought a product. If you already have a subscriber list, then let everyone know about the new option in your next newsletter.

You can send out text alerts when you update a blog, have a special offer etc.

MobiOptin is a true flat rate service - with no ads sent in the messages to your customers (another poster about SMS today was touting a free service but left out the fact that the free service sent ads in the messages you sent to your subscribers). There are no per message costs - most SMS ad services charge 15¢ per message on top of the monthly fees.

Hope this helps! Any other questions - ask here or send a PM! If I don't get back this evening will answer first thing in the am - have the flu and am dying at the moment.....ugh.....
