How to change the language on my check out page?

Hii warriors,
My paypal account is a dutch one and so the checkout button which I have placed on my site is redirecting to a checkout page in which everything is in dutch.
Most of my customers are complaining that they cannot understand how to proceed with this sort of instructions
Can anyone help me to change the language of my check out page??
