Hub, Squidoo, blogger or weebly

Was wondering with the new Google changes and if you did not want to buy a domain which one would be better for ranking

Hubpages, Squidoo, Blooger, Weebly or free Word Press or is there another free alternative that is not as well known but better then these choices??

Obviously I will go with Blogger. Google owns it.

Last month I would have told you to go with HubPages till I was blue in the face. All of my 368 hubs contained original content and roughly 77% of them ranked on page 1, above the fold.

After the "Farmer" update my rankings plummeted. One entire year (and 3 days) totally down the drain. I do not have one single damn hub on page one anymore. I don't know if they got slapped hard or if it was just me... but damn!

So I encourage you to go out, buy a domain/hosting and just set it up on your own. If you can't do that then I guess Blogger is an "ok" alternative, but you have to worry more about their finicky editors (and spam-bot) than anything else.

You're going to fail. If you're afraid of failure then you do not belong in the Internet Marketing Business. Period.

Unfortunately you learnt the hard way but this is always going to be a realistic possibility when you rely on third party sites to make your income. You're living on a knife's edge.

Think of the websites you could have built and still had ranking now in the time it took you to create the 368 hubs. Just count your lucky stars it wasn't 369 hubs and you can now move on.

I know a domain is the best but right now for me being that I am in California and having the Nexus/Amazon tax law looming over my head I don't really want to invest to much time or money promoting an Amazon product that may not be available to me in the near future.

I figure if the law goes through I won't feel as bad and if not I can then get a domain if the product is doing really well.

Things have gotten so much harder what happen to the good ole days (1999 to 2002) that you could basically throw some banners on a page and make money?

    It doesn't matter.

After the new Google changes, just as before, you can still buy a domain-name at GoDaddy for $1, or even get a free one from co.cc or some other places.

There's just no possible upside at all to not having a domain-name, so these comparisons are meaningless; sorry.

It should be clear by now that the answer to your question is "ALL OF THEM PLUS MANY MORE!"

I don't think I can stress that enough.

On the internet EVERYTHING is in a constant state of change. Do NOT place all of your eggs in one basket, because someone is already planning on smashing the basket.

Put your content on as many sites and in as many formats as you possibly can. That is the only way to stay ahead of the curve.

    I hope this helps
