Yes they tell you how to "on-site" OPTIMIZE for the Search Engines. But they dont tell you how to juice it up by getting tons of inbound links.

Google has always told you how to rank.

Just type your keyword into google and study the pages that come up in the top ten results.

You don't need a pdf you just need a little elbow grease.
