Guru's Niche Websites?

Ryan Lee has fitness sites.

But I doubt most others do at this point. I think people like to just say they have non-IM related sites so they have some street cred...even though 99% of IM'ers just focus on GRQ.

and Medieval Weapons - Swords, Knight Armor Costumes is also by one of the Stompernet guys, I think is Andy Jenkins

Seriously i do not know what your "guru website" term mean but i assume that you meant that someone who is expert in making money online or has a well established website that earn them a living income.

In my opinion that there are many fake gurus out there in this world and my answers to this thread could be a lot in my opinion.

I can fill you in on some niches they are in:

wedding planning
baby names
disaster planning
pick up women
mail order brides...to name a few

and then your typical dog training, forex, etc.

I always laugh when I see posts (not this one) from marketing newbies claiming gurus make all their money selling to newbies. Not true at all. 80% of what I wrote for the top dogs (John Reese, Rich Schefren, Ewen Chia, Jimmy Brown, Travis Sago, etc.) had nothing to do with marketing.

The money they make sharing their strategies was just icing.
