Monetizing the Weight Loss Niche without Selling Anything?

Hi guys.. Anyone have any suggestion on monetizing the weight loss niche without having to sell (products, affiliate products, memberships etc.).. I'm not seeing much CPA for it (if you do know of some CPA offers that dont cost, PLEASE advise)... I'd rather not depend on people clicking on adsense on a block...

What options are left?

    Go for adsense if you have lots of targeted traffic.

    If you don't want to sell any products and don't want to use Adsense then I don't really know what else you could do!

    How about a content gateway?

    Basically a pop up to protect content on your site until the viewer fills out a survey or CPA offer. Once completed, the content gateway is unlocked and the user can access the content.

    You as the web site owner get as much as $3.00 every time a user fills out a short survey.

    I'm actually trying this right now.... I think this is likely the way I'll go.. I was really hoping their were some traditional CPA offers, but I guess it's really not.
