Website Flipping Help Needed!

I am very interested in the website flipping but my major problem is how to receive my cash. I have a couple of profitable niche site that I would want to flip but how do I collect my money form potential buyer is my worry, because I am from a country where paypal and escrow is not operative..

However,I would like to know if I could use plimus for this purpose since flippa is the place to flip sites.

    That could be a problem especially if escrow is not available. You may ask your buyers to do a bankwire though it may take days and risky for them..

    Is plimus not acceptable since they could easily pay me via paypal? What if I ask the buyer to pay me via paypal, using plimus. I could easy set up buynow button for this purpose but dont know if the buy would be willing to do so. Besides, using the plimus method is faster! what do you think?

    Be sure to use contracts to protect yourself legally when you sell. Ive just launched a new product below "website purchase agreement" (see in my signature) that you might want to check out. Its for both buying and selling websites.

    Even if youre not interested, Id love to know what you think, given that youre about to sell some sites. Im still trying to get feedback about my pricing and product itself.
