It depends a lot on the software your site is running.

If it's wordpress, then the default url for my installations is http://domain.com/feed/ and http://domain.com/rss/

Those should be reasonable guesses for most other packages too. If not, then you have to look at the software settings or in their documentation.

Most browsers will show a little tiny RSS icon at the far right side of the address bar (if RSS is available for that page or site.)

All you have to do is click on it and copy the URL from the page it takes you to. Wordpress generally automatically sets your RSS up.

oh i just notice you are talking about hub pages , then simply look for
'Subscribe to yourname RSS feed'
icon on the middle of the right side of the page
if you cant find it , just go ctrl+f and write RSS in the little search box
