I was about to get annoyed since my Camtasia would crash whenever I tried setting my audio specs. (All of a sudden happened). Couldn't make videos! Took one hour for tech support to email me back with info where they diagnosed it for me - my audio drivers are outdated on my computer. (It's a 2005). Time for an upgrade! They were so sweet and helpful, too - gave me step by steps. Who else has great customer service? Let's talk about the GOOD things: 1.) Camtasia (aka Techsmith) 2.) Sam at DLG 3.) Allen at Warrior Forum (well it's true)! 4.)? |

Yeah they make enough money from there work and I think a lot of there customer base is happy with there tech support, they seem to be on the ball a lot of the times.
