Camtasia Has Great Tech Support!

I was about to get annoyed since my Camtasia would crash whenever I tried setting my audio specs. (All of a sudden happened). Couldn't make videos!

Took one hour for tech support to email me back with info where they diagnosed it for me - my audio drivers are outdated on my computer. (It's a 2005). Time for an upgrade!

They were so sweet and helpful, too - gave me step by steps.

Who else has great customer service? Let's talk about the GOOD things:

1.) Camtasia (aka Techsmith)
2.) Sam at DLG
3.) Allen at Warrior Forum (well it's true)!
4.)?

I was wondering how much better is camtasia then for instance cam studio?

Rackspace has always treated me like royalty, but they better for what wee pay them

Yeah they make enough money from there work and I think a lot of there customer base is happy with there tech support, they seem to be on the ball a lot of the times.
