How do I take my Youtube Channels to the next level?

Here are the stats on my main Youtube channel

-Chanel views 12,000 to 20,000 a day
-Videos uploaded just under 100
-Subscribers just over 5000
-Friends over 3000
-Video views No 1 video has over 4 mill views, No 2 video has over 2 mill views, most videos are around 60k views
-No 1 channel for its niche in youtube
-daily visitors from youtube to mony site is around 300
-probably responsible for at least 600 visitors who google money site after watching videos or directly enter money site url
-links to money site in video info and main channel page
-money site url given at beginning and end of each video
-at least 6-10 videos are on page one of google for various key words
-channel is a youtube partner channel
-channel page has a PR of 6 (found this out just a few days ago )

A lot of work has gone into this channel with all pm's answered and all relevant comments in videos replied to.

I'm stuck though and not sure how to take my youtube channel to the next level with more video views and more visits to money site from youtube. I'm now stuck with no clear idea on how to make any progress.

Bought several WSO's but they focused on the basics and as well written as they were, were not helpful.

If any one has any ideas or suggestions on how to take my youtube channel to the next level, I'd really appreciate hearing from you. Recommendations for good WSO's would also be appreciated.

    The next step would be to increase the sharing conversion ratio - that is the number of people who share it verses the number of people who view it. Then, upload more videos and make them more viral. Make sure you optimize all of your money sites with social plugins, twitter follow, email capture and Facebook Fan Boxes so they'll stick and share even more. Once this well oiled machine is running smoothly, your rate of growth should be increasing with each new video upload.

      Hi O, Thanks for the reply.

      How would you suggest increasing the sharing rate? Any detail you give will be very useful.

      I already use youtubes share function to share every video to all contacts, facebook videos, stumbleupon them etc etc.

    In addition to the YouTube default share options, you would have a Like Button, Digg, and Yahoo Buzz, with a share and/or subscribe message somewhere at the end of the video or in the credits. Also, to incorporate these additional share options, you might want to syndicate all of your YouTube videos into a tube site like failblog.org or something similar.

    Your stats look decent, but nothing close to the big channels are getting. You should still be able to make some decent money of it.

    What is the channel name? I'm guessing it's in the China travel niche?
