Who is able to solve this riddle?

Hi Guys,

This is my first post here. I have a real problem and I was thinking about a solution for hours but I just cant solve it.

Here's the catch:

I have a product which i would like to sell via a product launch.

I have prepared an opt In Page where people can opt in theyr name and email in order to get to see the full video.

After that I would like to send them a series of mails and the last one leads to my sales page.

My Problem is:

I have affiliates that send traffic to my opt in page. How can I track which affiliate has sent which user to my opt in page to pay out theyir commisons?

Can this be done with Clickbank? (I have an account already)

    Yes, you can do exactly that with Clickbank. Each affiliate will send traffic through a hop link and Clickbank will track each affiliate sale.

      But my problem is that the affiliates dont send traffic directly to a salespage. I always thought that the hoplink is for sales pages.

      Can I track who opted in with his mail Adress too?

    you just need to capture the referrer when they land on the opt-in page, drop a cookie, then insert that referrer id into all direct links to clickbank.

      Could you explain this in more detail? Lets assume I have 3 Affiliates that send traffic to my opt in page. Then I sell the product to those people a month later. How do I know which customer was initially sent by which affiliate?

        Give you affiliates a link that is constructed like: yourdomain.com/index.php?r=clickbank_id

        Go to: Warriors For Hire

        Find yourself a php programmer.

        On landing on the site, push the referring CB id into a cookie, so that if they don't sign up right away, the proper person will be credited with the signup.

        Connect the referring CB id to the opt-in email in your database.

        Then whenever you send an email to that person, insert the referrers id into the ClickBank link inside the email.

    Yes Clickbank will cookie affiliate links for 60 days generally speaking.
