Shared Clickbank Account - How Do I Avoit To Get Scammed?

I will be helping to translate and market to the spanish market a product that already exists on the english market. With the creator of the product we arranged that I would translate for free the entire project and market to the spanish market and that we would share the revenue 50/50. He would be taking orders so my only hope is that he then really shares the revenue...What do you recommend that I should do to not get scammed? maybe a shared clickbank account?

The thing is I don't want to have liability for the product (is on the health niche...and I'm not a doctor...)

I would apreciatte your help on this

good question - i think there are good opportunities for all of us to maybe enter in to JV's whereby maybe one person is in charge of website setup, content, etc and maybe another who focuses on backlinking (maybe they already own and use tolls and blog networks).

you might be able to set up a joint account but i think clickbank sends out checks so how will you control that. if the clickbank product are being displayed with banners, then there is a plugin called datafeedr ad rotator so with every page click the ads displayed will alternate, so you each could have an account.

whatever you do - sign an agreement that the revenue from the site is to be split 50/50, including the sale of the site. what if you spend all your time converting to spanish, it starts to sell and the blog owner sells the site???

Probably the best way would be to have your partner sign a legal agreement to the effect that the revenue from sales of the book would be shared with you. Anyone who was above board would be happy to do this.

I can't see how a shared Clickbank would work. You might be able to log in and view the sales but someone would have to receive the checks from Clickbank and if it's not you then you are still wide open to being robbed.

Of course you could always take on the responsibility of marketing to the Spanish market. There are many ebooks in the health market and they all have a disclaimer clause to the effect that it is the reader's responsibility to check with their doctor, etc., and the seller of the ebook is not liable for the acuuracy of the information, etc., etc.

I guess is not possible to get a shared clickbank account where clickband sends 50% of the revenue to one member and the other 50% to the other member...?
