Product Pre Launch Help/Advice

Hey guys I'm soon to be releasing my new product (if i ever get finished :rolleyes

I was after the views and ideas of fellow warriors on how you set up your pre launch phase.
I have had recommendations to get a blog set up with free content being delivered over a period of 5 days before the launch day itself.

I have purchased Jeff Walkers product launch formula and will start going through that also.

Any help greatly appreciated

Mike

Mike, I'm also going to be putting together a launch next month. From my understanding and from the launches I've seen, the key is to drip feed high value content over a period of days. You may also want to consider using the facebook live stream plugin so that people can comment on your content allowing it to go viral.

A good idea would check out a legitimate list broker and get yourself a good list, give quality information, and than the eventual upsell to the list

Cyber Regards and good luck to you on your product launch.

much if it depends on the Market Message Media.

How voracious is the appetite of your market in needing new info?

you can have a less than adequate salespage and below average autoresponder sequence but if you hit the right market with in the right angle, you hit jackpot.

Are you hitting them in the medium that these people usually buy from?

You might have a big voracious market but if your market only buys products
from the recommendation of their financial advisor for example, all the marketing
and advertizing to them is of no use.you have to market to the financial advisors.

also get a jv broker and a affiliate manager if you can afford them.they will make a real difference

You can do this with no list, though it helps to have at least a small list (500-1000) to get things rolling and do some initial testing on conversion, response, etc...

You need to have two BIG things in place...

    1. An awesome pre-launch campaign with both quality (relevant, perceived high value) and highly intriguing (meaning you leave them wanting MORE) focused on getting results that your market want desperately -- even better if you have some initial "beta" customers that can vouch for the results your system produces.

    2. A good candidate list of potential JV partners with a campaign all ready to go that will incent them.

In both of these areas Jeff Walker's system shines -- so you are in good hands.

Notice too though that today's affiliates need a combination of a) Evidence of good marketing (they need to see your pre-launch compaign and know it will work b) Great financial incentive - good commission, contests work well with extra incentives tied to interim milestones such as # of list signups and eventually, # of sales) c) Brain-dead tools and schedule in 1-2 week range that you can feed your affiliates making it simple for them to promote.

    Hope that helps,

    Jeff
