What kind of site should I develop for this Domain?

I came across this domain name in my account and decided I want to develop a site for it. But I have no clue what?

The domain name is www.Ciggys.com any suggestions?

    With no existing rank or backlinks, I wouldn't bother with investing time in such an obscure domain name, I tend to see low effort autoblogs using that quality of name.

    It does sound a bit like cigarette, perhaps a smokeless cigarette CPA promo would make sense.

    ya but even then unless you can rank in a good keyword with that domain name I dont see it getting alot of traffic until you put tons of backlinks behind it. I would suggest anytime from now on you buy a domain name you use the Google Adword: Keyword Tool excellent for finding keywords to use in your domain names.
