Are you stuck in analysis paralysis?

The term "analysis paralysis" or "paralysis of analysis" refers to over-analyzing (or over-thinking) a situation, so that a decision or action is never taken, in effect paralyzing the outcome.
Dear fellow Warriors, I am a victim of analysis paralysis and I know I'm not alone. I have been reading up on IM for 2 years now. Every time I decide to take action to build an online business, I end up abandoning my niche and hopping onto another niche that seems more profitable. I am getting nowhere because of this.

If you suffer from a similar problem, let's get in touch and help each other out.

Stick to something for 21 days. Don't stray from it...

If you believe in Time Management then you should really write down what your Major Goal is then divide it up. Breakup your time in small increments and plan out your day that way. I could go on about time management techniques, but just Google them and you will see how many really are saying the same thing. Focus, focus, focus...in short bursts...take breaks....then back to focusing.

You are simply lacking confidence in yourself is what I can see happening. There is so much opportunity out there, it's mind boggling! You could even create your own system. You need to stop analyzing and smell the roses!

PM me if you want to talk more...

You need to find a profitable niche and stick with it....if your on a bunch of lists...unsubscribe from the lists that will take your focus away.

It's so easy to talk yourself out of something before it becomes profitable. That was my biggest hurdle as I was getting started. I would have a good idea, start to work towards it, then talk myself out of the idea, and start over. It was a cycle that nearly derailed my IM career before it started.

I finally had to pick an idea and commit to sticking with it for X amount of time to see if it was going to work. And, it did!

I would stop analzing and reading about new systems, etc. You really only need one "system":

    - pick a niche
    - build a website and update regularly
    - build backlinks daily

That's it. Add site content and/or build some links every day. Do it consistently. Don't do anything else.

I man walks into the doctor's office and says: "Doc, it hurts when I do this." He then shows the doctor what it is that causes the pain. And the doctor says: drumroll...
    "Stop doing that."

Essentially, that's your answer. Stop bailing out until you get it. In other words, pick a horse and ride it until you see results. Period. Good luck!

One way to kick-start your business is to go to the "Complete Websites for Sales" area in the Warrior Forum and have one of the warriors build you a web site. Check around and carefully as prices can start as low as $17 and all the way up to several hundred dollars. They can pick the niche for you or you can choose one yourself. You can have the site monetized using Adsense, Clickbank, Amazon and CPA offers, etc.

This way, half the work is done for you and the rest you can focus on building backlinks and promoting the website.
