Yell out the window, like they do on the JG Wentworth commercials.

OK, if you want a serious answer, then tell me about your niche.

Me thinks you should know how to drive traffic to a product if you're creating them in the Internet Marketing niche

Seriously, It depends on the person. I've always been a big fan of PPV/PPC, it's a licence to print money if you get it right but costly and ineffective if you get it wrong. SEO is free if you do it yourself and brings more long term results but takes a lot of time before you start to see a substantial amount of traffic from it.

    Hey,

there are many, ppc is good on Facebook very targeted, video marketing is great, I have had a lot of success with solo ads in ezines, just pick a strategy you like and be consistent with it, there are a lot of proven strategies, you just have to learn it and implement it into your business on a consistent basis.

    Good luck

I have tried traffic exchange...conclusion is, its a waste of time.

Invest your time in looking for HIGHLY TARGETED traffic. Those will reap rewards for you in the future.

Don't waste your time with traffic exchanges.

I'll just add to what some of the people of said above, in that if you are not yet sure how to drive traffic, then you might want to pick a different niche other than Internet marketing. How can you sell or teach something that you're still learning?

Forget Traffic Exchanges, that's the lowest quality traffic you'll ever get online.

To make them work you'll probably need a LOT of it which will require a lot of your time and energy. In my opinion there are much easier and more effective traffic strategies out there.

If you're selling a product that converts already make sure you have an affiliate program. Then just spend your time recruiting affiliates who have the traffic you need. You'll get good quality traffic for zero upfront cost and you only pay when a sale is made.

If you don't have a product to sell then forum and blog commenting can work really well, but only as long as you focus on giving value first.

Long-term article marketing works, with article marketing you either go for quantity or quality (both together are very hard to do).

The best approach is to find one method of generating traffic, learn all you can about it, get it working for you. Only then look for other traffic strategies.

If you try to do too many traffic strategies at a time you'll find it much harder to make progress as your focus will be spread too thin.

        I hope this helps.

The best way to drive traffic to your IM list is to utilize this forum. You can create a huge list quicker with this forum than anywhere else. You have to know what you are talking about to get the full benefit of the Warrior Forum though.

Post helpful posts throughout the free forums, submit exclusive warrior content in the War Room, post free WSOs, and sale WSOs. Do this right and you can have lots and lots of subscribers and buyers.

    You have to provide value!

Please don't let me see you giving pointers on building a list in the IM niche tomorrow since you are asking how to do it today. Stick with something you know.

Why not use those PLR articles of yours to send traffic?

Na, only messing, you could start by putting a link in your signature to start.

After that, all the usual methods can work: article, video, JV, blog etc

      Great Point!

Other great ways to build an IM list:

      • Solo Ads (my Favorite)
      • Ad swaps
      • Article Marketing
      • Ning communities
      • Squidoo
      • Other forums (dp, wicked fire)
      • Podcast submission
      • Video marketing
      • Doc sharing sites
      • Social Bookmark
      • Twitter

Try shooting for a JV relationship. Even if you are splitting potential revenue, your list will be growing.

I belong to several traffic exchanges. While I am no expert, I have not seen the value of surfing to get points to have my sight shown to other surfers. 98.67% of the people there are surfing for the exact same reason....to get signups or whatever. After several months of surfing, I don't do it anymore.

If you go for forum marketing, make sure you try to help people with your posts, add value. Otherwise it'll appear spammy if you're just saying "Hear here!" all the time.

Try joining a forum that is related to your product and include a link to your squeeze page in your signature file or when someone clicks your forum name.

There is an endless number of ways to drive people to your squeeze page. If you're a newbie then I recommend trying to do some offline marketing first especially if you live in a big city area.

If you want to drive traffic from other sources on the internet I recommend starting by writing useful articles and submitting them to popular article sites such as ezine. Make sure to link back to your site in the article.

    Hope this helps,

I saw a great program by Russ Ruffino for Penny Adwords Clicks. I used it with a $100 free credit from Google. I was able to generate 10,000 clicks and add 150 subs to my list.

I know Russ offered it here on the forum, but believe he has closed it. I believe he is moving it to Clickbank. Great thing with that system is it works across many different niches.

I would recommend you check it out.
