www.hitswire.com - Is it safe??

Does anyone know what www.hitswire.com or hitswire.com is? I keep having it show up in my adsense stats and other, and I'm wondering if it's safe to set it as an allowed site. The problem is that I visited those URLs and it's just blank:confused:

    hitswire.com is the url shortner that listwire.com uses to cloak links so any link sent out through listwire will have a hitswire URL
