i need to ask some of you guys about domain name. Does the lenght really matters? I want to sell my blog in the long term, will i be able to sell it if my domain name has 18 characters? Also, i heard having a personal name on the domain will be hard or even impossible to sell. Please help me, i know short domain name is better.

Is that an exact match domain name for a keyword that gets decent searches? If yes then it has a high value.

It doesn't matter as long as it is a keyword. And why do you want to sell a domain with your name on it?

im not even talking about a keyword or anything google related. Im mostly focusing on just the domain name. Mine doesnt have a keyword. Im just talking about the number of characters, will it matter when i sell it? And i dont plan on selling my personal name blog, this is why i trasnfered it to another domain. Good decision since i want to sell it no? Has there been a blog sold for millions that was named for example barakobama.com? I DOUBT IT, or even none. Most blogs that have been sold for millions had short non personal domain names.
