LOL, ok, what am I not seeing here?

Forgive me as I am on my first cup of coffee still - but this looks like an article or press release.

And the term white paper conjures up something else in my head, but won't go into that.

A white paper is an more of an overview without a sales pitch. A case study is more sales oriented.

  Thanks everyone for your input. I did find out from another source that no, a white paper would not be very useful for my type of business (which is in my signature file so I won't relist it here).
  
  They're mainly used in corporations, technical businesses, that sort of thing, but for a small home-based company that helps with DIY party favors, not so much.
  
  It was just something I read about but couldn't find too much information on but I found my complete answer over on a Facebook group.
