Hey warriors,
I'm venturing into WSO creation and I had some doubts, so I though why not ask? Cause this is the best place to do so.

I wanted to know the WSO DO's and DONT's, and any other info you might share.

Thanks in advance,

Max

Solve a problem for IMers, provide quality, and over deliver. Doing this can position yourself to be chosen for WSO of the day, where you will make an enormous amount of money. People are looking for a bargain, it is a special offer section after all! A $10 WSO that has way more than $10 worth of information usually goes down well.

I won't say much more, because I've yet to release mine Check out http://www.warriorforum.com/off-topi...31-7-days.html for some inspiration.

More value than the price they paid. That gets you what you want and what the customer wants. Warriors are a family. Just don't ripping each other off (though some families might do that all the time )

  • The big one that most people miss.

Don't expect the WSO alone to make you money, particularly if it's the first one you've run.

The money is made longer term, and sometimes on the back end of the WSO.

Once you've done a few WSOs, you should be able to push your overall campaigns into profit.

Hi Max; You can offer a few review copies here so you can get some feedback that you can include in your sales page.

Also, when you run your WSO, stay near the computer so you can answer questions quickly.

Focus on the solutions your offer provides, bullet points work well.

    Good Luck to you.

Great advice for us who are new to Warrior Forum. Taking notes and learning a lot.

      Thanks.

Thanks for posting this question. I am looking forward to all of the feedback you receive, as I just posted my first free WSO and am creating more based on what I have experienced and learned. Thanks!

Not to hijack your thread - but I'm curious...

What is the policy - the what, where and how of offering review copies?

Anyone care to share? I certainly don't want to break any rules.

I just launched my first WSO not too long ago. It is critical for you to have a list that you can advertise to... or some way of generating traffic at the moment of launch. The natural traffic to the WSO forum itself won't drive the majority of your sales. Even though you see 2K+ people viewing the WSO forum, my theory is that a majority of those viewers clicked directly to a WSO thread (e.g. through a forum signature, from a mailing list, blog, etc.)... and did not navigate there from the forum index.

To address the question quoted, when you first post up your thread, you should mention you are giving away X reviews copies and have some form of criteria (e.g. at least Y posts). You will get a lot of requests for review copies. Ideally, you will have members have already reviewed the WSO pre launch. To get reviewers, you can just reach out to fellow warriors directly; or even post a thread here asking for reviewers.

        Good luck!

    Thanks for everyone's support.
And, if it's appropriate I'm looking for reviewers, so message me or add me on Skype (maxstryker91) if interested.
