Facebook Aps Verification Problem - How to solve this?

Dear warriors

I'm trying to create a new facebook aps at http://www.facebook.com/developers/. However, I got the message below. I've entered my phone number to verify at http://www.facebook.com/confirmphone.php but no codes was sent to me.

Now I stuck and can't verify my account. What should I do? anybody know how to solve this?

    After sifting though the html code, they are asking you to put in a mobile phone number or a credit card on your account.

      Yes I've submitted my phone number, but no codes was sent to my phone.
