How much is my domain name worth?

I have an exact match .org domain name that has 80k exact searches per month and CPC of $0.95. Traffic Travis says that the competition is relatively easy

Haven't got around to monetizing it. How much is it worth?

As much as someone is willing to pay for it.

There isn't much anyone can do with the information you gave besides guess. Once you can get an income rolling in your answer will be easier to see.

I doubt you will get any specific answer with those much details. You have to get some good domain name appraisal. There are many companies out there doing that (like sedo).

There are numerous factors that go into account
when trying to determine the amount that domain
is worth. If you think it's a keeper, then list it on
sites such as Flippa. I'm sure if it was extremely
great of a domain, people would bid on it, but no
telling if you'll be able to sell it.

To me, it depends 100% on what the actual domain
name is. You have zero revenue so I'd have to determine
how much I believe the niche can deliver.

So... the answer is somewhere between $10 and whatever
blue sky number the buyer thinks is reasonable given the niche
    it represents.

the .net version is listed at Godaddy as a premium domain at over $1.2k.... does this mean that the domain is valued anywhere near that price?

No, it doesn't. It means that GoDaddy is looking for the next sucker.

Why don't you just tell us the name. You already own it... it's not
like we can run over to GoDaddy and take it.

If you want a real answer you need to provide real information.

It all depends on what you can do with it as an end user. If you have a good idea for using it, then it is worth what you can get out of it. If another end user can use it, then it will be worth whatever they think it is.

List it for appraisal at namepros and see what sort of responses you would get, it wont be always accurate but at least you can get a general idea. But when listing for appraisal you have to list the actual domain name.

All of it depends of what someone is willing to pay.

I remember watching a report on some type of news program that dealt with old metal lunch boxes. These were the types that had movie and television characters on the outside. On the inside, there was a metal bracket that held in a small thermos. In any case, many of these inexpensive lunch containers ended up becoming collector's items. Some people were willing to shell out a decent amount of loonies to buy these items and re-live parts of their childhood. I remember one person paid more that $300.00 for a Roy Rogers lunchbox just so he could display it in his collection.

It all goes back to the adage of "one man's trash is another man's treasure" or something along those lines.

    Depends on the buyer.
If it's worth a lot to them, they'll pay whatever is reasonable or how bad they want it.

Sorry. If you want info you've to give info. You didn't give enough of it.
Otherwise, you'll receive answers based on hypothetical situations.

A domain name is not worth anything (maybe apart from the $10 registration cost). It is the monetization that is worth something.

You are not monetizing it. So, if you are talking of simply buying and then selling the domain name then the price will not be too much (or if you increase the price too much you shall probably not find much of a buyer).

If you are talking about buying, designing a website and selling it off, you are talking about a little more money.

If you are talking about buying, designing a website, SEO-ing it and selling it off then the price will depend upon how good an SEO you have done on it, and how much of monetization you have been seeing on it.

I guess that's what I can say at this moment. By the way, 10-12 months of net profits is a thumb-guess of the price of a website (not purely a domain but also the website).

That's not true at all... many domain names would bring
large sums of money even if they had never produced a dime
        of revenue.
