What are the qualities are you looking for an outsourcing company?

        You're right, that's my insight too. As long as you're loving what you are doing, you find it easy and enjoying and feels like you're not working. If you have passion and love for the job, this will not create any problem for you and for the client. Thanks

    The 2 most important too me are

    Quality of work

    and

    ability to meet deadlines...
    70% of my outsourcing tasks are not finished on time....This is very frustrating when you try to have continuity in your business.

      Communication is very important.

      I've now had 3 web designers that agreed to work, but after about 24 hours stopped communicating. I gave them a couple of days, never head back, then emailed my customary flaming bag of dog poop.

      Still haven't found a designer! Any suggestions?

        Hi Bill, sorry to hear that, are they freelancers or from an outsourcing company? Well, it really happens, that's why, maybe, you need to outsource to a better and trusted outsourcing company. Suggestions, in the Philippines, there are lots of outsourcing company, with good communication skills, trusted, hard working and high standard of work. I wish you luck

      Sorry to hear that, well it really happens specially if you just got a freelancer. If you outsource to an outsourcing company, you can sue or make demand on the company for not finishing of their employee the given task and they should give you a replacement. Thanks

    I have a total of 4 outsourced staff, 2 via companies, and 2 directly.

    The people i hired directly - I have no issues with, i let them know how i wish to communicate and they have done so. If there is a problem, they let me know, when they finish their work, they let me know. If they have questions, they ask.

    I have found staffing via companies, is extremely hit and miss, I have tried several outsourcing companies, and well frankly most of them couldn't organize anything, as a customer having to explain every little detail to the staff of what they where hired for (ie profile link building), or having to follow up on staff where a project or task is, is highly unprofessional.

    Communication is key, i can work with anything that happens, but as the customer, i NEED to know about it. if i don't, it's going to cost me money and make me very unhappy.

      Good to hear that you got a good and responsible freelancers, which is others are having problem communicating to freelancers like Bill. Well on the outsourcing company, yea it is kinda hit and miss, I've known some outsourcing company in the Philippines, they been through that problem too but can resolve it immediately. I hope you can find the one suits your need and qualities. thanks spike
