PayPal Balance Manager
Sometimes I worry about the money sitting in my PayPal
account. Too many times I've read horror stories. Yet,
they have been very good to me in the past...
So, I know we're talked about pulling cash out of PayPal
in the past. There are many opinions about this. My
question is about PayPal's Balance Manager. Do Warriors
use it? If yes, any worries? Any snags or extra fees?
