A Resource List To Earn Income Online

I am hosting a free live event in a town where 8500 employees of DHL lost their job after the plant closed. It's the first event of my 'world tour' giving back to the millions who lost their jobs, trying to provide hope and resources to get them back on track.

Next stop will be Michigan, than Florida and on and on...

The U.S. alone has been hit extremely hard by the economic crisis

• 20 million Americans lost their jobs this year
• 600,000 of them are still unemployed
• More than 6 financial giants have been bailed out by the American taxpayer this last quarter.

I joined the WF in late 2005 and have been blessed by unbelieveable relationships, as well as ideas for my own business. Ideas that helped launch my message onto the personal development scene.

I am coming back to where I received the inspiration back in 2005.
I would like to make this thread a staple of my presentation to the unemployed workers,
showing them just how many ways you can replace your income online.

A list of 50,100, 150 - whatever the number is - ways an unemployed worker
can begin earning income.
Affiliate marketing, article writing, elance, etc - any and all ideas would be extremely helpful.

The list will be shown on a slide with all the credit given to the Warrior Forum.
This list will be shared at all my free events for the people hit hardest and will undoubtedly
have a huge impact on those who thought all was lost when the pink slip arrived.

There will be no selling at any of these free events, just information and inspiration.

I guess the biggest question is will you be doing more than one event in each state? I'm sure you'll hit up the big city area like Detroit or its suburbs, but northern Michigan has been hit hard with layoffs and plant closings, too. Not sure if many people "up north" would hear about your event if it's "downstate" but they could probably use the information as much (or more) than those in the bigger cities where there are many more job possibilities available.

One of the best things you could do is take away some of the
"pain points" that so many people face.

Need a website? Use WordPress. It's FREE.

Need someone to do EVERYTHING for you? Use oDesk. It's
the best freelance site for tech work.

Need design work? Use 99designs.com. Crowdsourcing for
design.

You can off a ton of value with a checklist like this, best of luck!

If someone can write, I always suggest writing as a way to get started. It is quick and has no start up cost.

Once you make money with writing, you can invest in other ways to make money. You can have money to invest in domain names, hosting, etc. Your bills are paid nad you have some money to work with.

Yes, the majority voted NOT to create 10,000 new jobs in Ohio for whatever reason after we lost 8500 with DHL and the GM plant closing in Dayton.
There's real pain in the Buckeye state but also lots of opportunity if the message can get out...knowledge is power.

It's the old 'not in my backyard' mentality - the layoff didn't affect the majority personally - or so they naively think. Yes, let's just continue to send the gambling revenue to all of the surrounding states - who were kind enough to pay for the campaign that killed the bill.

Hi Sam,

Probably one of the most obvious and something they will already know a little about is eBay. A lot if IMers got started there. It helps people to get use to the idea that they can make money online. Most out of work people can find a lot of stuff around the house that they can sell for some instant cash.

From eBay I'd take them to using their skills that they learned in school or on the job to offer services to other IMers.

I'd teach them how to put together an ebook. Most of them will not know that the eBooks they have been reading in the form on instruction manuals and such can easily be created with Open Office.

My first online money came from selling some used books on Amazon.com. I learned to do a little basic ad copywriting and competition research, and made some fast cash. It gave me the "bug" to learn more about how to make money online. Very motivating!
