RIP Auto Strategies? After Google panda Update!! Must Read!!

I think article marketing/spinning and blog networks could really be suffering after google panda update.

Auto submits such as UAW, SEONitro, SEOLinkVine, LinkVana, My Article Network, Build My Rank, Article Rank, BLS, Linx Boss, etc.

Some of these are struggling and I would guess others are going to struggle too. This panda update could have a massive effect on link building.

Some of the losers we know so far: - ezinearticles (-90%)
- hubpages (-87%)
- buzzle.com (-85%)
- articlebase (-94%)
- findarticles (-90%)

it's going to be interesting to keep an eye on sites that use these tactics and see if they tank.

Are you using any of those or similar services?

Did you see any effect?

What is your thoughts about these kind auto link building strategies especially blog networks such as Linkvana?

Thanks folks

Haven't we beaten this subject to death enough already?

Yep, we have overdone this subject now I think!

    And,

All of the above sites you mentioned are still powerful, it just depends how you use them! None of my online campaigns have been affected at all, in fact, they seem to have increased!

In my opinion, its not the tools that matter, its how you use them! ; )

This brings to mind how the poor worker always blames his tools, instead of his technique.

Of course, if you happen to be promoting one of the top 10 blacklisted affiliate products like penis enlargement stuff or TV on PC, then you can almost be assured of taking a hit in your commissions.

While doing a search on the site specifically for the "PANDA" update in the war room, I'm coming up with very little.

Since this update was released recently and I can hardly find anything doing a search on this site, I find it hard to believe it has been "Talked to Death".

So for those who have nothing to offer, just pass this thread on by and quit being a smart-arse! Joan03 asked a good question on a GOOD topic!

I could be mistaken, but the update is called Farmer in the US and Panda
elsewhere. So maybe searching on Farmer may yield more results.

You may not find any thread titles with Farmer or Panda in them. But these
subjects have been heavily discussed in various threads re article writing,
    article marketing, eza and others.

Steve really was not being a smartass just to be one. I think a lot of people
are 'talked out' over this topic. Plus there have been some 'warm' discussions
    over it, too.

Maybe use the advance search and search thread titles on the above. Or, you
can manually search through pages and look for those keywords in the titles and
check out the view and reply numbers. Large numbers should help provide a
    clue.

You can always search those terms for hits in posts, but you'll spend a lot of time
    looking for useful information, imo.

I visit the forum daily and i have not seen this discussion. The only thing i have seen about this so called "Panda" is on google news.

For the rest of us that havent yet discussed this because we have not heard about it or not been to the forum in a while, lets continue please.

Personally ive used seolinkvine and thought it was a SPAMMY PEICE OF s#@T ! To put it politely.

None of this has effected me and it wont. There are two kinds of people online. Those that like quality content and those that dont. Generally those that dont are the ones spinning the crap and filling the internet with regurgitated articles. I have read some filthy articles where the grammar isnt even correct and the articles reads as if a hybrid man/machine programmed with binary has written the article.

Thanks very much for asking a really important and relevant question. There has been loads of chat about "article marketing" and the Farmer effects but very little on how "article marketing" (not Xrumer, Scapebox, etc) can and will effect linkbuilding and SEO.

What I'd like to know is the value of links from these techniques devalued in anyway as a result of Farmer. The likes of UAW and Article Marketing Robot with "spinning", does it degrade the quality (not that it was high in the first place) of the link. And if a site / webpage has taken a hit of some sort, can that effect the "quality" of the backlink.

If it is your main link building strategy it will effect but I don't think it will be huge effect. Getting some quality links will put you back on the track.

I have found reduced effectiveness in my auto-submits as well. I haven't analyzed as far as you have, but your figures do seem valid, and I am now under the impression that the recent Google update is going to require many marketers to change their methodologies.

P.S. The search function is a wonderful tool. Perhaps you should try doing a search on this topic before posting a thread about it.
