So in the past few weeks I have added some new articles that were very high in content and had a little over 400 words.

I also had a few articles (50+) where I had to re-submit the links so that they work because the links did were not clickable.

They told me that my articles were not that good and the links that I wanted to change, those articles had crappy content too. You need to know that these were articles that I already got approved and now they are saying that they are no good.

I have seem many conversations here about EZA taking many steps back because Google has slapped many of their articles. I don't know what happened and I really don't even care.

I personally will never work with them ever again because they are mistreating many of their long term authors. I know that many people here are done with them.

What do you guys and ladies think?

What we think has already been documented in the 50+ threads on the subject, not much left to say that already hasn't been.

However, here's one for the road:

There is life beyond EZA, and there are 2-3 great WSOs out right now by TimG and Dr. Mani that will teach you about syndication...which is the difference between a writer who "publishes" versus one who just "submits" with the rest of the wanna-bes.

Article directories exist to serve themselves, I have no problem with their policies.

I also have no problem with getting compensated 10x higher from a guest blog post or niche ezine newsletter submission than I do the clicks that even EZA provides, and have steered my clients in that direction for about a year now after growing weary of the various Adsense overusage, lock-down link policies, and other nonsense that most article directories enforce.

Don't play their game, play your game. Big difference.

All sites exist to serve themselves. I also have no problem with their policies... It is their site. However, that does not mean there are not article directories out there who realize that the publishers are what make the site.

That being said, it sounds like you have something working much better for you. I may have to look into those WSOs you mentioned...
