As far as SEO concern I think shorten URL is not good, I've always learned that using a keyword in your URL is always beneficial. Anyways good URLs. Thanks

I wouldn't use any of those, unless they had a particular meaning. I'd register something that makes at least a little sense in regard to URL shortening.
