Why can't my wife get Google.com?

INTERNET MARKETING

My wife has had Google as here home page for as long as we can remember. So today she found her home page has been replaced with My Web Search. She tries to get back to Google and gets iGoogle but the address is iGoogle. I delete the stuff following the '/' and hit enter and the same page comes back with that URL. WTF

What the hell is going on with my wife's computer?

maybe you try to clear the cookie of your brower.

Go to Options and change homepage as Google and clear the browsers cache thats it.
or disable the toolbars.

It sounds like she's picked up some kind of malware...

MyWebSearch is a PITA that unfortunately comes packaged with more than a few applications. If your wife installed some software, or visited a site and downloaded some software, that's likely where it came from. The links Rich posted should help you get rid of it.

  Completely remove mywebsearch using revo uninstaller. Clear cookies using ccleaner and set the homepage again. Hope it helps.

I think your wife's computer has malware infected.
Try quick scan with malwarebytes.
My pop's pc has the same problem, and were solved...

If your wire use Firefox then go..

Tools--> Options-->General-->Home Page and write Google's URL.

Beside this, delete cookies.
