I suggest you sign up to a few affliate marketing courses before you even try. Do some learning - do some action and build slowly. Takes time and effort and don't be tempted to try the scamming route.

You are better off going for niches you are interested in that have market. If you are passionate about what you are writing or promoting, you are likely to see results in no time.

If you are asking about which products to promote, then here's a quick guide -

I would suggest you stay away from the three super niches if you are new. (Make Money Online, Health and Fitness and Relationships) There is too much competition for these niches and your first attempt has a high chance of failing.

Choose a main category, then a sub category.

So now we have a list of products, but you want to search for them with some factors. So click current category and go to advanced search.
Then enter your category, and the subcategory, and set it to find things that have less than 30 gravity.

Click search and try to find a good looking product. So look at the sales page. Has it got any leaks?
Examples of leaks are -
• Big affiliate signup link
• Lead signup (Autoresponder Box)
• Bad sales letter
• Insulting sales letter
• Spelling mistakes.
Any of these and don't promote it. You will lose sales.

Do this for two or three products and look for products with suitable levels of competition in the search engines. If you are a newbie, then don't choose an overpopulated niche - this will be a huge suck on your profits.
