Which is the best marketplace to launch digital product?

Hello Warriors,

I am in the middle of launching the Pro version of my Wordpress Plugin - WP Simplicity. Clickbank has always been my best and favorite marketplace option, but with the recent issues with Clickbank, For instance; distrust and disbelief people begin to have for the income stream screenshots used by Clickbank vendors on their salespage (revealed most are done using Photoshop matching), vendors trying to increase their product gravity by crediting some of their sales to some affiliates accounts and so on. I began to have second thought about listing my product on Clickbank.

I will like suggestions from Warriors about other digital products marketplace that can be used. I have heard of Idevaffiliate and I know of Paydotcom but never used them. I will be happy to receive your honest advice and review about all of these marketplaces. Thanks

To our success,
Aabayommy

I would suggest e-junkie.com as a Clickbank alternative.

It is also cheaper than Clickbank.

Here is how it is really done:

    1. Lauch as WSO
    2. After a few weeks launch on Clickbank.

The warrior forum gives you the initial momentum and CB is where the volume is.

You might want to think about getting your own merchant account and using a shoppingcart....

Here are some alternatives to using Clickbank since you said you don't want to use Clickbank...

    1. www.simpleoneclick.com (Mike Cowles' new program)
    2. DigiResults — Work Less, Sell More (Andy Fletcher's program)
    3. PaySpree.com - The Instant Commission Affiliate Marketing Network (similar to the above two)
    4. RAP Bank*Instant Commissions Vault (need RAP script)

I used PayDotCom in the past, but I have now moved away from them for a couple reasons... The first being that you must pay your affiliates yourself from your own PayPal account - with the alternatives listed above your affiliates are paid instantly...

    Hope this helps

I have to agree with Caliban. For a WP plugin I'd say that RAP Bank is a good choice. It really is starting to get my attention. I'm not sure why, but it is.

I diasagree with everone (because i'm like that)

There is no such thing as THE BEST MARKETPLACE. There are just different types of marketplace for difference audiences/affiliates.

We have a member on our regular Elite conference call who explained how he doubled his monthly sales by simply creating a slightly different sales page for the exact same product and submitting it to a different marketplace (of course on its own site).

Had he continued to look for the BEST marketplace he would only have half his sales.

The question is not 'which is the best marketplace' but 'which of the many of them out there will help you sell more'

You have to try out ALL the ones that are recommended and find which WORK BEST FOR YOU. You are leaving money on the table if you do not.

Has anyone tried Clicksure? Most top marketers tend to use the platform to launch their products nowadays. Sharing your experience with this platform will be appreciated.

        Thanks

Either Clickbank or RAP is a good choice.

And as you progress along, it's better to have your own payment processor.

Own payment processor sounds good but how do you manage affiliate payouts?

It doesn't matter about what you hear about clickbank or what people might think about your product, you'll get sales regardless if your product is good and affiliates promote it. Someone already mentioned that it's not about the BEST marketplace...

But I would recommend RAP Bank as well...

I did not see anyone mention Plimus...

I can not recommend using them as a vendor because...I have not launched a product with them.

      - But, I have ran campaigns using them from an affiliate side.

I found that I had a lot of options that I do not get from other marketplaces.

      - again though, I am speaking as an affiliate and perhaps you don't have options to offer... IDK your situation, but I thought I could offer a suggestion.

      Hope it helps!

I find navigating plimus not intuitive enough.

Ever thought about promoting a webinar, providing some really good value and selling it on that? The conversion is better on a webinar. Or sales videos. You can promote it in social network sites. Provide value in there and then tell them about the webinar for showing you how to do something that the plugin does and then saying that the best way is to buy your plug in as it solves the problem easily.
